India’s travel loyalty ecosystem is set for a significant transformation with ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip announcing a reciprocal loyalty partnership that will allow members to seamlessly convert and redeem reward points across both platforms.
The collaboration brings together one of the country’s largest airline loyalty programmes with Accor’s global hospitality rewards ecosystem, enabling travellers to use points earned on flights for hotel stays and experiences, while also converting hotel reward points into airline loyalty currency.
The partnership is being positioned as one of the first reciprocal point exchange alliances between an airline and a hospitality brand in India, reflecting the growing convergence between aviation and hospitality as travel companies look to offer integrated customer experiences.
Under the agreement, members of ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip will be able to convert reward points between the two programmes, providing greater flexibility in how they earn and redeem benefits. The move also connects IndiGo’s network of more than 140 destinations with Accor’s portfolio of over 45 hotel brands, spanning luxury, premium, midscale and economy segments across thousands of destinations worldwide.
For IndiGo BluChip members, the partnership opens access to hotel stays, dining experiences, room upgrades and lifestyle benefits through Accor’s loyalty ecosystem. Meanwhile, ALL Accor members will be able to convert their reward points into IndiGo BluChips for use across the airline’s domestic and expanding international network.
Neetan Chopra, Chief Digital and Information Officer, IndiGo said, “IndiGo BluChip is designed to make rewards simple, fast, and meaningful—helping our members earn faster, redeem easily, and unlock more value every time they fly on IndiGo. By enabling reciprocal conversion between IndiGo BluChip and ALL Accor, we are expanding the ecosystem of benefits available to our members, allowing them to enjoy greater freedom across both air travel and hospitality. Through this collaboration, we are connecting two powerful loyalty platforms to offer customers an end-to-end experience, from planning their trip, flying with IndiGo, to staying in an Accor hotel worldwide. Together with ALL Accor, we look forward to redefining how millions of customers across the network earn, redeem, and experience travel rewards.”
Echoing the sentiment, Ranju Alex, Chief Executive Officer, Accor South Asia, highlighted the strategic focus on creating a connected travel journey.
She said, “Transforming the guest journey across its entire lifecycle, this partnership reflects our shared ambition to create a truly connected and intuitive travel experience. By integrating the strengths of ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip, we are not only enhancing convenience but also redefining how travellers engage with hospitality and aviation. This integrated loyalty ecosystem will unlock greater value, personalization, and flexibility, empowering guests to move seamlessly across journeys while deepening their connection with both brands.”
The partnership comes at a time when India’s business and leisure travel markets continue to expand, with travellers increasingly seeking integrated travel experiences rather than standalone products. By linking flights, accommodation and lifestyle rewards under a connected loyalty proposition, IndiGo and Accor aim to strengthen customer engagement while offering members greater value from every trip.
The collaboration also underscores a broader industry trend, with travel brands investing in cross-sector partnerships to build stronger loyalty ecosystems and encourage repeat travel across both aviation and hospitality.
